Text Message Program

KinderDoc operates a low-volume, transactional text messaging program. We send a text message only when a caller verbally requests their patient registration link during a phone call with our office at (727) 758-4321. The caller provides their mobile number and confirms it before any message is sent. One message is sent per request — we do not send recurring or marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by request. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

KinderDoc, LLC is a Florida pediatric telemedicine practice. We provide pediatric urgent care visits by video to families across the State of Florida.

Information We Collect

If you call us and ask us to text you a registration link, we collect your name and mobile phone number so we can send it. We also collect basic website analytics — the pages visited and general device information — to understand how the site is used.

How We Use It

We use your name and mobile number only to send the registration link you asked for. We use analytics to operate, maintain, and improve this website. We do not use your information for anything else.

Health Information

Medical visits take place on the eVisit platform, which is governed by its own privacy practices. This website does not collect medical information.
