When to go to the ER

Go to the ER or call 911 if your child has chest pain, trouble breathing, gasping, wheezing, heavy bleeding, head trauma with loss of consciousness, choking, seizure, unresponsiveness, or a fall with visible deformity. Any infant under 3 months with a temperature over 100.4°F should go to the nearest Emergency Room immediately.
